About

About The Money Skill Tree

Most people leave school able to solve a quadratic equation and unable to read a pay stub. The Money Skill Tree exists to close that gap — not with a lecture, but with a workbook you actually fill in.

Money is stored energy

Every dollar you earn is energy you traded time for. What you do with it — spend it, save it, put it to work — decides how much of your future you own. That idea runs through the whole series, and it’s why the covers show a battery charging from empty to full.

Three levels, in order

The series is built like a skill tree: start at the base with the fundamentals and unlock the next tier once the one below is solid. Skipping ahead doesn’t work — it’s hard to run a rental property well if you’ve never built an emergency fund.

BEGINNER

Book 1 · The Money Starter Pack

Earning, filtering, saving, and growing your first dollar. Usable from about age twelve.

INTERMEDIATE

Book 2 · The Grind

Your first paycheque: what the deductions mean, how tax works, credit, and getting invested.

ADVANCED

Book 3 · Endgame

Real estate, tax strategy, business, insurance, and designing financial independence. For adults.

Why print

These are workbooks. You write in them, cross things out, and come back a year later to see what you thought at the time. Every title ships as a physical book.

Built for where you live

Tax rules aren’t universal, so the books aren’t either. The Canadian edition covers TFSAs, RRSPs, FHSAs, CPP and EI by name. US and World editions are on the way.
