Returns

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return.

To be eligible, the book must be in the condition you received it — unwritten in, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Because these are workbooks meant to be written in, a book that has been filled in can't be returned unless it arrived damaged or defective.

How to start a return

Email shopify@moneyskilltree.com with your order number and what you'd like to return. You'll receive return instructions and an address. Items sent back without requesting a return first can't be accepted.

Return shipping

Return shipping is paid by the customer, except where a book arrived damaged or defective, or the wrong title was sent — in those cases return shipping is covered.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item

Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, misprinted, or not what you ordered, get in touch within 14 days of delivery with a photo and it will be replaced at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and has been inspected, you'll be told whether the refund was approved. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer it can take longer than that to appear on your statement.

Original shipping charges are not refunded, except where the return is the result of an error or a defect.
