What is The Money Skill Tree?
The Money Skill Tree is a series of printed, write-in workbooks that teach real money skills — earning, saving, investing, tax, real estate and financial independence — through the metaphor of a Life Battery that charges when you earn and drains when you spend. Every chapter pairs a worked example with a fill-in-the-pages exercise and a real-world mission.
Who are the books for?
Readers aged 12 and up. Book 1 suits beginners (including motivated pre-teens and teens), and the series grows with the reader through to adult topics like mortgages, tax strategy and financial independence. They work well for families, homeschoolers, classrooms, and adults catching up on the money basics.
How is the series structured?
Three levels, each a standalone book:
- Book 1 — The Money Starter Pack (Beginner)
- Book 2 — The Grind (Intermediate)
- Book 3 — Endgame (Advanced)
All three are also available together in Fully Charged, the complete-course bundle.
Which edition should I buy?
The Canadian Edition is available now, with Canadian dollar figures, tax brackets and account rules. The US and World editions are coming soon — get in touch to be notified when they ship.
Do you write in the books?
Yes — they are write-in workbooks. Each chapter has hands-on exercises with space to fill in your own numbers, so you learn by doing rather than just reading.
Ordering & shipping
Where do you ship?
We ship from London, Ontario, Canada. We currently deliver within Canada, to the United States, and to select international destinations. Shipping is calculated live at checkout using real Canada Post rates for your address — you pay exactly what it costs to ship, with no markup.
How long will my order take?
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Canada Post delivery is then roughly 2–9 business days within Canada, and longer for US and international destinations. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking when your order is on its way. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Shop Pay, and the other options shown at checkout. Checkout is secure and encrypted.

What if my book arrives damaged, or I have a problem with my order?

What are the interactive calculators?
Every chapter’s worked example is also a free online calculator — plug in your own numbers and watch the results change. There are 60+ across the three books, free for anyone to use at app.moneyskilltree.com.
Schools & curriculum
Are the books aligned to school curricula?
