Shipping policy
Where we ship
We ship from London, Ontario, Canada. We currently deliver within Canada, to the United States, and to select international destinations. If your country isn't available at checkout, get in touch and we'll see what we can do.
Shipping rates
Shipping is calculated live at checkout using real-time Canada Post rates for your address and order — you pay exactly what it costs to ship, with no markup.
Order processing
Orders are packed and dispatched within 2-5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.
Delivery estimates (business days from dispatch, via Canada Post)
- Within Canada: approx. 2–9 business days, depending on destination and service.
- To the United States: approx. 4–10 business days.
- International: approx. 6–20+ business days, depending on destination and customs.
These are estimates, not guarantees — carrier delays can occur, especially during peak periods.
Tracking
A tracking number is included in your shipping confirmation email so you can follow your order to your door.
Customs, duties & taxes (international orders)
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country. These are the customer's responsibility and are not included in your order or shipping total.
Incorrect addresses & undeliverable packages
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address. Packages returned as undeliverable can be reshipped at the customer's cost.
Lost, delayed, or damaged orders
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, or arrives damaged, contact us at shopify@moneyskilltree.com and we'll make it right.
